Both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity provide flexible control from anywhere, and a convenient timer switch enables automated lighting management. The Govee Motion Sensor (H5129) can also be linked to activate lighting based on movement, enhancing convenience and security.

To connect the device to Wi-Fi, users can upgrade the Bluetooth firmware to 1.00.06, connect to Wi-Fi, and wait for the device's Wi-Fi firmware to be automatically upgraded to version 1.01.17 via OTA.
